A Second Chance to Finish School
Through a refugee shelter, we met a young mother named Diana. At just 17 years old, Diana is a very reserved young woman. Her parents did not care for her, and she lived with relatives in a village where she could only complete up to the 7th grade. When the war began, her life became even more challenging, especially without the support of her parents and relatives.
Nadiya's story from Rivne
Nadiya 33 old women came to our Life Center Rivne December 2023. The end of 2023 was a crisis for her. First, Nadiya found out that she was pregnant, although she and her husband had not planned this pregnancy, but decided to keep the baby and give birth. When Nadiya was admitted to the hospital for observation, she received the terrible news that her husband had disappeared without a trace in the war. The shock of the news forced her to seek help. Although Nadiya considered herself a strong person, she clearly understood that she needed support.
