Board of Directors

Nadia Gordynsky
Nadia Gordynsky is the Founder, President & CEO of Save a Life International. She has been a speaker and performer of Christian music for 25 years and has released four studio albums. During the last several years, Nadia has actively taken part in events organized by the Ukrainian diaspora at the United Nations and the Ukrainian Embassy in the U.S. Nadia is a strong advocate for women in crisis situations and promotes pro-life ideas in the United States and Europe.

Alex Harbuziuk
Alex Harbuziuk is a devoted husband, father of two, and grandfather to five. He has served on the board of Save a Life International since its inception. Alex graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1971. He was a long-time member of the Ukrainian Baptist Church of Chicago and is now a member of the Ukrainian Baptist Church in North Port, Florida.

Tim Lynn
Tim's life's work is helping people and giving back to God's Kingdom. He has been successful in doing so, by being heavily involved in a variety of organizations where he participates in events and fundraisers to bring awareness about the needs of the organizations and giving back financially through many different fundraisers through NIR Roof Care, and NIR Cares. Through NIR Cares, he gives the opportunity for his customers and employees to donate to an organization of their choice as well as giving back to the organizations that Tim supports, such as: Willow Creek Church, Save a Life International, Global Leadership Network, Generation Distinct, Christians Against Poverty, Open Eyes, and Administer Justice.

Anelia Ras
Anelia Ras has served on the Save a Life International board since 2019 and is currently the Culture and Engagement Lead at Quaker Houghton, promoting global inclusion and diversity. With prior leadership roles at Unisys and consulting experience across North America and Africa, her expertise spans change management, organizational design, and DEI. Anelia also volunteers to support children's opportunities. She holds a B.Com in Business Management from the University of Pretoria and a B.Com Honours in Strategic Management from the University of South Africa.

Ellen Foell
Ellen has been with Heartbeat International since 2012, first as legal counsel and now as International Program Specialist, overseeing over 1,200 affiliates in 90 countries and supporting the growth of new centers and networks. A 1982 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, she has served as a missionary in Thailand and worked in various legal roles before joining the pro-life movement in 1989. Ellen combines her legal expertise with her passion for supporting women and sharing the Gospel of Life. She and her husband, Phil, have four adult children, and in 2018 she published her first book, Notes in the Margin.
Leadership

Alla Marivtsan
Alla is the Chief Operations Officer for all of Save a Life International’s programs in Ukraine. From 2008 to 2018 she worked with the Social Insurance Fund as an accountant. She spent several years as the Director of the Chernivtsi Life Center, after which she went on to study counseling at the Coram Deo Institute of Counseling. She has also pursued UBTS counseling training. As COO of Operations in Ukraine, she now oversees several Life Centers, maintains their quality of care, and mentors Life Center staff.

Victoria Moshkovskiy
Victoria was born near Odesa, Ukraine, and moved to the United States with her family in the late 1990s. She studied fashion and merchandising and worked in the fashion industry for over 10 years. In 2020, a unique journey led her to Save a Life International (SALI), where she quickly became a valued member of the team. In November 2022, after 16 years of waiting, she and her husband were blessed with the birth of their daughter. Victoria now passionately shares this hope with people around the world.

Elina Brynza
Elina Brynza has been the Academy Director since 2022. She also has experience as a Life Center director for over five years. After receiving her bachelors in economics and masters in philosophy, she went on to work as a financial manager in Ukraine. She studied at the Bible seminary and institute of Counseling – Koram Deo, and has two beautiful children.

Erik Brynza
Erik is a marketing director with many years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies for mass media brands and non-profits in Ukraine. He graduated with honors from Zaporizhzhia State University with a dual degree in Management and International Trading. Erik earned his Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Irpin Bible Seminary. He and his wife live in Ukraine with their children.

Trishya Kletzing
Trishya Kletzing is a mother of four and dog lover who enjoys family time, beach trips, gardening, and audiobooks. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management with a focus in Accounting and has over 10 years of experience in the field. A Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Trishya supports Save a Life International by providing accurate financial data to guide sound decision-making.

Steve Darling
Steve is moved by the powerful stories of women being helped and babies being born through Save A Life’s mission. He’s especially inspired by the educational outreach that shares biblical principles on life, marriage, and godly living. In his free time, Steve enjoys gardening and preserving his own vegetables, finding peace in God’s beauty and provision. His life verse is Isaiah 41:10.

Kathy Lebo
After eight years in corporate America, Kathy followed her calling into nonprofit work, building on years of serving in youth mentoring ministries. She is deeply driven to share the hope and love of Christ, believing that every person has a story worth hearing and redemption worth celebrating. As a first-generation American whose parents immigrated from Ukraine, Kathy carries a unique perspective that shapes her compassion and commitment to helping others. Grateful for God’s blessings, she shares this journey with her loving husband and their wonderful son.

Olga Kabb
Olga is a faith driven leader and coach with over 19 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through seasons of challenge, healing, and restoration. Grounded in her faith in Jesus Christ, she believes every life is created with purpose, dignity, and hope. Rooted in her faith in Jesus Christ and the belief that every life is created with purpose and worth, she is committed to restoring dignity, strengthening resilience, and reminding others that they are never alone.

Caryn Cassidy
Caryn is a dedicated advocate with Save a Life International, inspired by her journey as a young single mother. Having overcome poverty and early challenges, she understands how difficult it can be to rebuild. She is passionate about raising funds to support and empower women facing similar circumstances, helping provide the resources, hope, and opportunities they need to move forward.
Life Center Directors

Kristina Skrypkar
Kristina is the Director of the Chernivtsi Life Center. A trained technologist and textile designer, she has over 10 years of diverse work experience, including business and ministry. After graduating from Kyiv Theological Seminary in 2012, she served at Blagodat EHC Church and continues to mentor young women and lead in children’s ministry.

Oksana Yevtushevska
Oksana was a SALI volunteer for many years, and in March 2023 became the Life Center’s Director in Zaporizhzhia. Her higher education background is in engineering. She has experience working with children. In 2021, she graduated from the Zaporizhzhya Bible Seminary, with a focus on Christian Education. In 2023, she graduated from the Institute of Leadership, Management, and Coaching’s program titled "Mentoring.” Together with her husband, she raises three children.

Margarita Kaida
Margarita Kaida is a food technology specialist by education. She has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is currently on maternity leave following the birth of her son, Yan, in 2024. On June 1, 2025, she stepped into the role of Director of the Life Center in Poltava, where she now combines her professional expertise, leadership, and deep commitment to serving families in Ukraine.

Iryna Rozlutska
Iryna Rozlutska is the Director of the Odessa Life Center. She graduated from the Yuzhno-Ukrainian Pedagogical University in Odessa, Ukraine. She has been a practicing psychologist and art therapist for 6 years. She is passionate about protecting life in all its forms. She and her husband have one teenage son.

Natalia Ryaba
Nataliya Ryaba is Director of the Khmelnytskyi Life Center. She studied at the Euro-Asian Inductive Institute, and went on to study counseling at the Coram Deo Institute of Counseling. She is formally trained as a paramedic by trade, which she has actively pursued since 2006. In 2019, she became the Director of the Khmelnytskyi Life Center. She is now furthering her education at the Khmelnytskyi National University studying Social Work, Social Pedagogy and Coaching. She and her husband have two wonderful daughters.

Natalia Kolesnik
Natalia is the Direct of the Lviv Life Center. Her educational background is in physical education. She went on to become a fencing trainer and fitness instructor. From 2008 to 2022, she was a Regional Director of the FitCurves franchise company. She has several certifications in "Nordic" fitness styles. She was also a co-owner of six fitness clubs in Lviv, Stryi, Chervonograd, and Drohobych. Her husband is a pastor and together they have two adult children and two grandchildren.

Maria Dolacinska
Maria Dolacinska became the Life Center’s director in Gdańsk, Poland, in March 2024. In 1986, she and her husband fled Poland as political refugees during the communist regime. They arrived in California, United States, in 1987. Maria's educational background is in Chemistry, and she graduated from San Francisco State University in 1993. For the past two decades, she has primarily run her own business in Poland and abroad. Since 2019, she has been a volunteer with SALI (Save a Life International). In March 2023, she began working for SALI as a Coordinator of Clients. Maria is also an active member of her local Church of Christ, where she is responsible for accounting. She has a wonderful daughter, Daria.

Iryna Stepurko
Iryna Stepurko is studying at Ivan Ohiienko Kamianets-Podilskyi National University. She is responsible for social ministry at Christ the Savior Church. She graduated from Word of Life Bible Institute in Donetsk, Ukraine. She has worked with multiple organizations with missions to rehabilitate people with substance use disorders. She has served as a volunteer with the Pokrovsk Life Center team for two years, one of which has been during the war. Iryna is married and has a teenage daughter.

Tamara Shcherbatenko
Tamara’s background is in the field of trade and economic relations. She has worked in the fitness industry from 2008 to 2023. Currently, she owns and operates three FitCurves fitness clubs in the city of Zhytomyr. Tamara conducts empowerment workshops for women and provides nutrition training. Together with her husband, she is raising two sons, and pursues cross country skiing.

Olha Babchanik
From 2004 to 2021, Olha worked with the team at the Rivne Regional Phthisiopulmonological Medical Center as a nurse. Her background is in Psychology at Rivne State Humanitarian University. In 2009, she obtained her Masters of Psychology. Since the invasion of Ukraine, she has been providing psychological counseling assistance to women in crisis situations. She collaborates with organizations in both Ukraine and Poland. Together with her husband, she is raising a teenage son.

Lukyanenko Natalia
Natalia has been working in the medical field since 2006 and has a medical degree. She studies at the Euro-Asian Inductive Institute Precept Ministries International. She is a migrant from Donbas, a Christian church “Redemption” member. Raises a 12-year-old daughter.

Nataliia Myroshnychenko
Nataliia is originally from Severodonetsk, Luhansk region, and graduated from Khmelnytsky National University with a degree in "Management of Organizations." For 12 years, until 2022, she worked as a Regional Director in a supermarket chain. She has two children and a granddaughter. In 2022, due to circumstances, she and her family were forced to relocate to the USA. Having experienced the challenging journey of immigration and refugee life, she now serves women in need with great dedication and compassion.

Anna Krutin
Anna Krutin is a wife and mother of three grown children, bringing both family experience and professional skill to her ministry. She holds a vocational degree in sewing and has worked in the medical and sales fields. A graduate of the Bible Institute and the Women’s Ministry School at KTS, Anna has been serving as Director of the Life Center in Kyiv since December 28, 2024, where she supports women and families with compassion and wisdom.

Anna Nasiedkina
Anna Nasiedkina leads the Life Center in Kharkiv, supporting women and families in crisis. She is a wife and mother of two sons and carries the memory of a daughter she lost—an experience that shaped her compassion and calling. With over 10 years of professional experience and a background in volunteer service, Anna now serves alongside her husband, pastor of “Radisna Zvístka” church. During the war, they remained in Kharkiv, continuing to serve their community. The Life Center operates in partnership with the church, providing care, counseling, and practical support to those in need.

Liubov Aleksieieva
Liubov Aleksieieva leads the Life Center in Voznesensk, supporting women and families in crisis. She has a background in accounting and additional training in mentoring, coaching, and conscious motherhood. With experience in sales and client relations, she later transitioned into the humanitarian sector, serving as an administrator at the Life Center in Chernivtsi. Liubov is passionate about helping women build stable, healthy lives. She is married and a mother of two.

Yelyzaveta Kasko
Yelyzaveta Kasko leads the educational programs of Save a Life International Academy. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Pedagogy from Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and has also studied with Precept Ministries. Her experience includes academic work, marketing in the IT sector, and volunteering with vulnerable children. She is passionate about education, mentorship, and serving others with compassion.
