Our First Generation Goes to School!
Tomorrow, the children of some of Save a Life International’s earliest clients from the year of its founding in 2015 will have their first day at school!
Thanks to the love, support, and material goods provided by the Chernivtsi Life Center (our first Life Center), they go to school with curiosity, excitement, and most importantly, with Mom by their side. This is a huge milestone for SALI and our Chernivtsi Life Center.
What started as a group of adorable babies will enter a new and exciting stage of their lives. We are so blessed that we were able to join their moms in caring for them and that we can witness these miracles.
Looking back and remembering their mothers, who with broken hearts and crippled destinies turned to us for help, our hearts are filled with celebration at each individual story that is unfolding before our eyes.
Each mother has her own unique story of pain and difficult trials that led her to consider abortion. We are overjoyed that we were able to be there for them then and continue to partner with them now. Tomorrow, we can proudly say that we are going to be traveling to the local kindergarten together with these moms.
To celebrate each of these miraculous milestones, we gathered together to share stories, enjoy a meal, laugh, cry, and pray blessings over each individual child.
We also prepared a special gift for each of them: a school backpack filled with brand new school supplies for studying and new adventures.
And the most significant thing of all is that our children will not walk into new life alone, but will have Mom holding their hand…all because seven years ago, she made the most important choice…the choice for life!
